WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Wedding Planner/ Event Coordinator
Tie the Knot is looking for an Assistant Wedding Planner/ Event Coordinator to join our team.
If you are organised, creative, love beautiful events and enjoy working with people from all over the world, we would love to hear from you.
Our weddings take place mainly in Santorini and other beautiful destinations in Greece and Europe, and we are looking for someone passionate about creating unforgettable celebrations.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with wedding planning and event coordination
Communication with couples and vendors
Preparation of planning documents and timelines
Assistance with design concepts and styling
On-site coordination during weddings and events
General administrative and organisational support
Requirements:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Passion for weddings, events and aesthetics
Previous experience in events, hospitality or tourism is a plus
